We are not subjects and it is not "the government's" money.
We are citizens and it is our hard earned money.
We are the vigilant taxpayers. We are taxpayers who have a claim and are co-owners of our government.
If you have come to Chesterfield and approach our Board with your hand out, keep walking... There is a special place for you in a place down the road that might just freeze over...
Remember this...
